PSIMON SAYS... The Teen Titans and the Outsiders, while trying to save Dr. Jace from the Fearsome Five, have been left to drown in Gotham Harbor following Psimon destroying the Five's secret underwater base. Saved by the combined efforts of Terra and Geo-Force, the group survives the ordeal and gets Dr. Jace to safety. Elsewhere, Dr. Light dissents from the group over Psimon's leadership, and so Psimon sends his mud-men to destroy his former ally. This alerts the Outsiders and the Titans to the battle which is taking place in Gotham Park. During the combat the heroes defeat the mud monsters. The Fearsome Five take over the Empire State Building and Psimon uses his powers to take control of every mind in the New York City area. Going there to stop Psimon, the group battles the villains and their enslaved thrall until Halo is able to knock out Psimon with her powers. The rest of the Fearsome Five are easily defeated and turned over to the police. The heroes return to Titans Tower where they learn that Dr. Light has escaped. However, after such a successful mission, the two teams agree to be allies and to work together in the future.
